To update the Ground Control Pro for use with an Eleven Rack with v21 Sweetwater Artist Presets, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Download this Pro Tools session<\/a> which contains the memory dump for the Ground Control Pro. Once the session is downloaded, open it.<\/li>\n
  2. Make sure the MIDI track is sending to Channel 1 of the Ground Control Pro. You can verify this from the\u00a0Mix Window.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Connect the MIDI OUT of the Eleven Rack to the MIDI IN of the Ground Control Pro.<\/li>\n
  4. Put the Ground Control Pro in “RECEIVE MEM” mode by pressing both [SETUP] buttons at the same time, then press [MIDI].\u00a0Press [SELECT \u2193] three times until the display says “RECEIVE MEM”<\/li>\n
  5. Now send the MIDI sysex file to the the Ground Control Pro by pressing Play in the Pro Tools session. The Ground Control Pro will start counting. When the memory dump is done, it will say “DONE.”<\/li>\n
  6. The MIDI cable can be switched from the Ground Control Pro MIDI OUT to the Eleven Rack MIDI IN.\u00a0 The Ground Control Pro buttons will mimic the front panel buttons of the Eleven Rack:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
