If your DAW supports dragging and dropping, you can import it that way. If not, you will need to save your MIDI file in the standalone app, then create a MIDI track in your DAW and import it there.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"Can-I-use-EZDrummer-sound-libraries-in-Superior-Drummer-3\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Can I use EZDrummer sound libraries in Superior Drummer 3?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes! You cannot, however, load Superior Drummer 3 samples or expansions into EZDrummer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>To load your sound libraries in Superior Drummer 3, launch the Superior Drummer standalone app, go to <strong>Settings<\/strong>, then select <strong>Libraries\/Paths<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"How-do-I-multitrack-EZDrummer-in-my-DAW\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">How do I multitrack EZDrummer in my DAW?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to assign each instrument from EZDrummer to a separate channel <em>(multitrack)<\/em> in your DAW, follow the steps below:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Load EZDrummer as an instrument track in your DAW.<\/li><li>Go to EZDrummer\u2019s <strong>Mixer <\/strong>tab, then navigate to the output channel at the bottom of the track.<\/li><li>Use the drop-down box to select which output channel you want it to be assigned to. Alternatively, choose <strong>Multichannel <\/strong>to assign each drum to a different output automatically.<\/li><li>Set up the multichannel output operation within your DAW. If you\u2019re not sure how to do this, please visit your DAW\u2019s Owner\u2019s Manual.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"How-do-I-move-EZDrummer-s-sound-libraries\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">How do I move EZDrummer&#8217;s sound libraries?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving your sound libraries are simple. First, locate the EZDrummer folder. Unless you selected a custom installation path, the libraries install to the following location:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>macOS<\/strong>: Macintosh HD &gt; Library &gt; Application Support &gt; EZDrummer<\/li><li><strong>Windows<\/strong>: C:\/Program Files(x86)\/Common Files\/Toontrack\/EZDrummer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, copy and paste the <strong>ENTIRE <\/strong>EZDrummer folder to the new location. Finally, launch the EZDrummer standalone app. You will receive an error saying it cannot locate the sounds. Importing custom samples is not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"How-do-I-edit-individual-MIDI-notes-in-EZDrummer\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">How do I edit individual MIDI notes in EZDrummer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natively, you cannot change individual MIDI notes in EZDrummer. However, if you\u2019re using an electronic drum set and it has the ability to change MIDI note numbers, you can match those to the MIDI notes displayed in EZDrummer. To see what MIDI note each drum is assigned to, select the drum, then go to <strong>Details<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"Are-there-EZDrummer-key-maps-for-my-MIDI-keyboard\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Are there EZDrummer key maps for my MIDI keyboard?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes! If you\u2019re using a MIDI keyboard and don\u2019t want to keep clicking the drums to hear your samples, follow these steps to view the keymap for your EZDrummer libraries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to <strong>Menu<\/strong>, then go to <strong>About sound libraries<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select your EZDrummer pack, then click <strong>MIDI Layout<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"Can-I-use-my-MIDI-keyboard-to-control-knobs-and-faders-in-EZDrummer\" class=\"wp-block-cgb-block-customheader darkBlueHeader alignLeft underline customh3 swheader\">Can I use my MIDI keyboard to control knobs and faders in EZDrummer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Except for changing the tempo, time signature, and library navigation, you can use the knobs and faders on your MIDI keyboard to control functions like the mixer faders, effects, and main volume.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, right-click the parameter you want to adjust <em>(i.e., fader) <\/em>and select <strong>MIDI Learn<\/strong>. After that, move the fader\/knob on your MIDI Keyboard to assign it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Once you\u2019ve set everything up, you can then right-click again, click <strong>MIDI Learn Presets<\/strong> then select <strong>Save As<\/strong>.
