If you are experiencing these problems with your interface, it is possible to utilise Apple\u2019s USB audio driver by downloading and running the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/d3se566zfvnmhf.cloudfront.net\/sites\/default\/files\/answerbase\/ClassCompliantMode.zip\">class compliant mode application<\/a>&nbsp;as a workaround while Focusrite investigates the issue. However, before you run the class compliant mode application, make sure you&#8217;ve updated to the latest version of Scarlett Mix Control if you have one of the following Scarlett interfaces:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/us.focusrite.com\/downloads?product=Scarlett+18i20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scarlett 18i20<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/us.focusrite.com\/downloads?product=Scarlett+18i6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scarlett 18i8<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/us.focusrite.com\/downloads?product=Scarlett+18i8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scarlett 18i6<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/us.focusrite.com\/downloads?product=Scarlett+8i6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scarlett 8i6<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/us.focusrite.com\/downloads?product=Scarlett+6i6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scareltt 6i6<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note: After the class compliant mode application has been unzipped, please right click on the application and choose &#8220;Open&#8221;.
