With the FCA1616\/FCA610 switched off press and hold\u00a0the <strong>DIGITAL SELECT<\/strong>\u00a0button down then power up the unit by either plugging in the FireWire cable or plugging in the power supply (if using USB). Continue to hold the button until the USB\/FW LED lights steadily (this will take about 5 &#8211; 10 seconds). You will see the lights on the right side of the unit flash multiple times before the USB\/FW light remains steady.
