On a Mac, you can find it in Applications &gt; Avid &gt; Pro Tools &gt; Controllers. On Windows, you can find the file in Program Files &gt; Avid &gt; Pro Tools &gt; Controllers on the C: drive\u00a0(if you have Pro Tools 9 or below, the Avid folder will be called Digidesign).<\/li>\n<li>Next, reinstall Pro Tools.
