To uninstall Universal Control, follow the steps below. Make sure any device you have is disconnected from your computer.<\/p>\n

Mac<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Download the latest version of\u00a0 Universal Control from your products downloads page. <\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Once the download is complete, open the folder and launch the PreSonus Hardware Uninstaller.<\/li>\n
  3. The dialog box pictured below will appear. Click OK to begin uninstalling or Cancel to quit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. \u00a0Quit all applications.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click the START<\/b> menu and select All Programs<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    3. Click on the PreSonus folder and open the PreSonus Universal Control folder.<\/li>\n
    4. Choose Uninstall PreSonus Universal Control<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    5. If you are asked to confirm, select Yes<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    6. Look in the System Tray in the lower right hand corner of your screen. If you see the red Universal Control icon, right-click it and select Quit<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    7. When you are prompted that the driver has been removed, click OK<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    8. Next, open the START<\/b> menu and search for %appdata%<\/b> and hit enter.<\/li>\n
    9. Open the PreSonus folder and delete the Universal Control\/FireStudio folders and any Universal Control .dmp files you see.<\/li>\n
    10. Restart your computer.<\/li>\n
