Universal Control 1.2 does have support. You can download UC 1.2 at the following links:<\/p>\n<p>PC<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"line-height: 13px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/support.presonus.com\/attachments\/token\/u4zhjfjywqid2ah\/?name=UniversalControl_12_355.exe\" target=\"_blank\">click here<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mac<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"line-height: 13px;\"><i>Note: UC 1.2 requires Mac OSX 10.6 or 10.5.<\/i><\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/support.presonus.com\/attachments\/token\/zztwdwkznjytdwz\/?name=UC_1.21.dmg\" target=\"_blank\">click here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you already have Universal Control 1.5 installed, you&#8217;ll need to uninstall it before installing version 1.2. If you&#8217;re not sure how to do that, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/articles\/how-do-i-uninstall-presonus-universal-control\/\" target=\"_blank\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have Universal Control 1.2 installed, you&#8217;re ready to update the firmware on your SL 16.4.2. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Restart your computer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Connect your Studio Live to your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Launch Universal Control. You should be prompted with instructions to update your firmware.<\/li>\n<li>After completing the update, disconnect your SL mixer from your computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can now uninstall UC 1.2 and install the latest version of UC.
