On the POD HD500X, you can assign your foot switches to turn on\/off different effects and amp blocks within your signal flow. You can even assign one foot switch to control multiple effects or amp blocks!<\/p>\n

To do this, follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Press and hold the Enter<\/strong> button.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select the effect or amp block you want to control using the 4-way navigation pad<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Use knob 1<\/strong> to select which foot switch you would like to control that effect or amp block. Please note that if you want to use foot switches 5-8, you will have to change the function of those switches in your system I\/O. Refer to the article titled “POD HD500X Tips – Foot switches 5-8.”<\/em><\/li>\n
  4. Once you are done assigning your foot switches, press the View<\/strong> button to return to your signal flow screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
