Once your eligibility has been verified, you will receive your academic license for your software.&nbsp;Check Avid&#8217;s&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.avid.com\/US\/resources\/Academic-Eligibility\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eligibility guidelines<\/a>&nbsp;to see if you qualify.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Verifying your educational eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>Follow the steps below to verify your academic eligibility with Identit-e and activate your Pro Tools software with Avid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:&nbsp;<em>You will not receive your iLok license or Pro Tools downloads until your eligibility has been verified&nbsp;with Avid.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Step 1: Activate<\/h4>\n<p>Enter your <strong>activation code<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/account.avid.com\/activation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Delivered by box<\/strong>:&nbsp;If you purchased a shippable product, your academic&nbsp;verification code is located&nbsp;on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/articles\/where-is-the-activation-card-for-my-pro-tools-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">activation card within your box<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivered by download<\/strong>:&nbsp;If you purchased an electronic copy,&nbsp;your activation code is located within the&nbsp;<em>Software Activation Instructions<\/em> email from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Step 2: <strong>Verify Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Register with Identit-e and enter your <strong>new verification code<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.identit-e.com\/avid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>. Once Identit-e has accepted your academic eligibility request they will provide a <strong>final activation code<\/strong> to be used within your Avid account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:&nbsp;<em>Identit-e will send the final code&nbsp;to the email address used to verify eligibility.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Step 3: Activate Software<\/h4>\n<p>Enter the new <strong>final activation code<\/strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/avid.com\/activation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.&nbsp;Once complete, Avid will deposit your Pro Tools license to your iLok account.
