{"id":1717272,"date":"2012-08-21T19:29:40","date_gmt":"2012-08-21T19:29:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/?post_type=articles&#038;p=1717272"},"modified":"2012-08-21T19:29:40","modified_gmt":"2012-08-21T19:29:40","slug":"troubleshooting-peak-7-proleexpress","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/www.sweetwater.com\/sweetcare\/articles\/troubleshooting-peak-7-proleexpress\/","title":{"rendered":"Troubleshooting Peak 7 (Pro\/LE\/Express)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>If you are having trouble with Peak 7 (Pro\/LE\/Express), make sure you have the latest version of your edition of Peak installed.<\/h2>\n<p>You can download the latest Peak updates here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bias-inc.com\/downloads\/updates\/\">www.bias-inc.com\/downloads\/updates\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The next step to troubleshooting a problem in Peak is to delete your Peak preference files.<\/p>\n<p>To access the Peak preference files go to the following directory:<\/p>\n<p>\/Mac HD\/Users\/\/Library\/Preferences\/<\/p>\n<p>Please locate and delete the following files:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;ACA P7 Preferences&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;Peak 7.0 Preferences&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>**NOTE: Peak allows you to import your preferences from an earlier version. If you are having trouble with Peak, it is recommended that you *not* do this, when setting Peak&#8217;s preferences after having deleted them in the previous step. It&#8217;s a good idea to remove any older Peak preferences and start with clean default preferences.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have deleted your Peak preferences, empty the Trash and restart the computer.
