Press the NEW SONG button once to bring up<br \/>the display shown below:<br \/>Create New Song?<br \/>(Press Y \/N)<br \/>If the transport is playing, it will continue<br \/>playing until the YES () button is pressed. If the<br \/>NO () button is pressed, the screen will revert to<br \/>whatever it was previously displaying.<br \/>2. Press the YES () button to create a new song<br \/>entry on the currently-selected drive. The<br \/>following message will be displayed:<br \/>SampleRate?48. 0 k<br \/>(Press New Song)<br \/>3. Press the YES () or NO () button to scroll<br \/>through the possible sample rates: 44.1k,<br \/>48.0k 88.2k, and 96.0kHz.<br \/>Note that if 88.2 or 96.0k are selected, the Song<br \/>will be forced to default to optical input if there is<br \/>no 96kHz-compatible ADC and DAC PCB<br \/>installed. See Chapter 9: High Sample Rate Operation .<br \/>4. Press NEW SONG to choose the displayed<br \/>sample rate. This will bring up the track<br \/>configuration screen:<br \/># of Tracks? 2 4<br \/>(Press New Song)<br \/>5.
