There are two things you can attempt to correct this problem: <\/p>\n<p>1. Restart your Macintosh and hold down the shift key until you see the message &#8220;Extensions Disabled&#8221;. <br \/>2. Launch Toast and enter your personal information. <br \/>3. Restart your Macintosh again to verify that Toast is still personalized.<\/p>\n<p>If the problem still occurs, <br \/>1. Boot off of your Macintosh System CD. <br \/>2.
