2. This can also happen if the USD mistakenly switches itself to PAL mode instead of NTSC.
Here are the steps to check and adjust frame rate.
– turn computer OFF
– press SET
– Use up\/down until you see “VIDEO SYS”
– press SET
– screen will says either NTSC or PAL, use up\/down to adjust
– press SET twice to return to main menu.<\/p>\n
3. If you continue to have the same symptoms, try the factory reset.
– turn the USD off for at least 10 seconds.
– press and hold UP and DOWN while turning the power back on.
