When I choosed one of them, Audiodesk freezes or crashes."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>  MOTU Audio System version 2.3 and higher includes the capability to have multi-channel plugins for surround sound.  This feature was added to accomidate Digital Performer 3&#8217;s surround mixing capabilities.   Since Audiodesk does not have surround features, these &#8220;Multi&#8221; plugins may cause problems when selected.     It is best to use MAS 2.12, but no higher.<br \/>   It is best to remove the old MAS and install an earlier version supplied ot the MOTU Core installer CD.  Here&#8217;s how to do this:<\/p>\n<p>1. QUIT all applications<br \/>2. Open the System folder (on your Macintosh HD)<br \/>3.  Locate and open the  Extensions folder.<br \/>4.  Locate the MOTU folder, and drag it into the TRASH ***<br \/>5. Restart your computer, and insert the MOTU Core Installer CD.<br \/>6. Launch the MOTU\/Audiodesk installer<br \/>7. After accepting the licensing terms, change the install option from EASY INSTALL to CUSTOM INSTALL.<br \/>8. Select MOTU Audio System ONLY by placing an X in the box next to it.<br \/>9.
