You must perform a &#8220;custom install&#8221; of the PCI324 Sound Manager driver and configure your SOUND control panel as follows.<\/p>\n<p>1. Quit all applications<br \/>2. Insert the &#8220;MOTU  Core System Installer&#8221; CD into your Mac&#8217;s CDR drive.<br \/>3. Double-click &#8220;MOTU Audio\/Audiodesk Installer&#8221;<br \/>4. Click &#8220;Continue&#8221; at the first window, and &#8220;Accept&#8221; at the second window.<br \/>5. At the third window (the installer window), change &#8220;Easy Install&#8221; (at the top left), to &#8220;custom install&#8221;<br \/>6. Choose &#8220;PCI 324 Sound Manager Driver&#8221; only, by placing an &#8220;X&#8221; in the box next to it.<br \/>7. Click &#8220;Install&#8221;. At the prompt, enter your key code (provided in the back of the audiodesk manual.<br \/>8. Restart the computer as instructed.<br \/>9. After restart, go to the Apple Menu, choose the Control Panels pop-up and select &#8220;SOUND&#8221;<br \/>10. In the Sound control panel, click on the Output tab to view available output options.<br \/>11. Click once on &#8220;PCI324&#8221; to highlight your MOTU audio hardware.<br \/>12.
