When I import audio files from my QSC TouchMix into my DAW, they are distorted.
The QSC TouchMix mixers record audio files at a bit depth of 32-bits. Some DAWs cannot handle this high of a bit depth. You will need some kind of file converter to go from 32-bits to 24- or 16-bits.
Note: This is not to be confused with the bit depth of your operating system. Even if you are running a 64-bit OS, this has no affect on the recorded audio you are trying to import. These are two separate things.
