What is the difference between the Input Library and the EQ Library on a Yamaha AW1600?

The input libraries are FX settings that are applied to the input side of the audio signal before it gets recorded to the internal hard drive. All effects applied in this step are permanent and recorded with them.
The EQ Libraries, Effect Libraries, and Mastering Libraries are all processes that are done to the audio after it is recorded and while it is playing back.

Both the Input and other library effects can be saved as a scene and recalled as well as added to your personal library settings.
