First make sure you’re not trying to unlock Tracktion 1 with a Tracktion 2 keyfile. Launch Tracktion and click on the “About” tab. Make sure your version number matches the license you have in your my.mackie.com account. If you’re unlocking Tracktion 2 with the proper Tracktion 2 keyfile, and it still doesn’t work, double check the machine number in the About tab. You want to ensure you didn’t have a typo when you wrote this number down (happens to the best of us sometimes); for best results highlight the machine number and use your computers copy/paste functions to put the machine number in your my.mackie.com account.
