SweetCare Remote is a tool used by Sweetwater Tech Support to remotely control your computer. This allows us to view, diagnose, and fix problems effectively. To use SweetCare Remote Assistance, your computer needs to have a broadband Internet connection. Cable modems, T1 lines, and fiber optic connections are preferred for real-time screen updates. DSL and similar speed connections may not always update quickly enough to provide a proper level of support. Dial-up connections are not supported.
