Some of the keys make loud physical knocks when playing the keyboard. Can I fix this myself?

Yes! Occasionally in shipping the keybed can get slightly misaligned and certain keys knock against the frame inside. To correct this, try loosening the 8 large screws along the bottom front and the 3 large screws midway toward the rear. Then tilt the keyboard up about 80 degrees to slide the keybed forward. When you tighten the screws, tighten the front screws first, then the rear ones last. If you tighten the rear screws first, they’ll pull the keybed backwards, which will cause the knocking problem again.
