In some cases we have noticed that installed PCI cards can cause the Sweetwater created Acronis image to fail. This seems to be because customers may have installed various PCI cards that were not included when Sweetwater created the inital image and the necessary drivers are not installed in that image.
The solution is to remove any added PCI cards and then attempt the Acronis restore. Once this is complete you can then install the necessary drivers and reinstall their PCI cards.
