I have already authorized my Toontrack software, but it’s telling me I need to authorize again! Why?

When you go to launch your Toontrack software (EZDrummer, EZKeys, EZMix, Superior Drummer, etc), it may ask you to authorize it even though you’ve already done the authorization process. This is most likely because your computer ID has changed. The computer ID Toontrack gives you can change if you’ve recently made any kind of change to your computer that is hardware related. A change or reset of your internet modem can also cause the ID to change.

If you’re out of authorizations for your product, give us a call or send us a message and we’ll contact Toontrack to see about releasing one of your authorizations.
