    MIO 10

    This unit was DOA. It took some time to determine the unit was defective. I spent a couple of hours on the phone with tech support at iConnectivity and blame was placed on anything but the MIO 10. The setup program was correctly configured. The back USB input worked sporadically and when it did it only worked on midi channel #1. The front USB was always recognized, but like the back only channel #1 and both USB inputs gave hung notes and blue screens of death. Sweetwater is replacing the unit with another one. I was told by my rep Phil that this is the only dead unit they have seen. Sweetwater always makes things right! 5 stars for Sweetwater!
