Crystal Clear Audio

The high SPL levels are great not only for speaking, but will easily handle singing too, making the d:fine a very flexible head worn mic for conferences, churches, stages and more.

Fits Everyone

You will love the design of this one-ear headset. The d:fine Directional headset mic was ergonomically designed to fit any ear and head shape, and can be mounted on either the right or left side of the head.

Mic Sensitivity

The sensitivity is 6mV/Pa to match the level of the human voice to the general input sensitivity of most wireless transmitters. The noise floor of the d:fine is 26dB(A) re. 20 mUPa and if powered correctly the microphone will be able to handle sound pressure levels up to 144dB SPL before clipping occurs. DPA d:fine

This mic is flat out amazing! Bought it for our pastor at church and it sounds incredible. It's like he is sitting next to you and you are having a conversation. Clear, dynamic, high gain before feedback and sounds amazingly natural. Using it with our Audio Technica 3000 series system that we also bought from Sweetwater. Well Worth the price and it destroys the competition.

DPA

I used a countryman in another venue a week after we purchased the DPA and realized the major difference between the two. From depth of sound to how secure it fits on the ear while speaking, dpa out preformed its competitors by a great deal. Thank you for the recommendation . Dan

Took some work , but sounds incredible!

this mic sounds amazing now that we got it dialed in correctly. at first, it was picking up a lot of head movement noises and air flow from breathing and head movement as well. once we got the gain structure right between the transmitter, receiver, and board channel, the sonic quality is incredible!

DPA Fan...but

Release video really sold me on the ease of use. The stability that it has when you are very active. I don't see it that way....I can't keep mine still at all (without extra steps). I just want to put it on...put it in place and be done. It sounds great. Just amazing for a headset. Sound techs cringe when I pull it out of the case but once they hear it they are surprised at the great quality. If you have a tech that knows his/her stuff....its a great sounding mic.
