Great Mic!

Ordered this mic to have a cleaner set up, fewer cables, etc. for our small group. This mic is worth every penny. It is crystal clear whether you use the Line 6 setting or one of the other mic model settings. Ease of set-up is great. Select a channel on the receiver, select the same number on the mic and you're up and running. Can't get any easier than that. You could spend more money on other brands, but you won't get any better clarity or dependability than Line 6. Bottom line is this: If you're a good singer this mic will be true to your voice. A bad singer is a bad singer regardless of what mic or how much money you spend on one! I plan to add another one of these to my set-up in the near future.

Admittedly I bought this as a "stick" to use with a Heil RC35 capsule. With that said, I am totally impressed with the stability of the signal everywhere I use it.

Line 6 digital hand held

Have only used this mic for two services and rehearsals but performs as advertised. No problems, anomalies, or unexpected events. It just performs. I have so far only used the Line 6 mic profile. Will try out the SM58 and Sennheiser profiles at some point. Great performance for the price.

Poor choice

Not a happy camper! This is my first line 6 product and after reading all of the reviews and specs' I was sure it would be a great mic'. I was wrong. First let me say, I do like the sound of the mic and the build quality is nice for this price point. The main problem I've had is the signal reliability. Iv'e had problems in almost every venue that I've tried to use the mic. It doesn't seem to matter what "channel" i'm on, it starts off decent and then deteriorates. At first I used the mic from stage about 8 feet from the receiver and it was fine. However, as soon as I went off stage (maybe 15 feet away from reciever) the signal started to cut out. Recently I can't even stand on stage without the mic' cutting out. Seriously regret wasting my money on this mic set.
