Behringer X-ADAT you can have wordclock I/O now

I have multifle Alesis HD24XRs that I definitely needed this card. With this card I can record tracks from X32 plus ambience and audience tracks from the other boutique preamps. If you want to something more? Plug in good clock source such as Aardvark Aardsync II that I hear deep solid sound from X32 which is you won't believe your ears it is X32 that You've known so far.

Keeps my HD24 doing its thing...

This is really working very well for me. My signal path is straight into my UA 4-710d, then to my HD24 via light pipe. This card allows me to keep that signal flow with my new X32 mixing board (which is quite amazing). I keep the 8 tracks from my UA on channels 25-32, then use Channels 1-24 to connect both in and out of the HD24. 1 star off because it sucks that it doesn't have a USB for my DAW, so if I want to connect between my X32 and Pro Tools, I have to swap out the cards (this actually isn't that hard, just don't keep them screwed in). Yes I could record straight to Pro Tools, but I'm not ready for that quite yet, and I love my HD24. I'm also going with the assumption that the A>D converters on my UA are probably better than the ones in my X32.
