be aware that these ship only with wood screws for mounting to the body and not the pickguard. you will need machine screws to mount the neck to the pickup guard. i contacted SD and asked why they didnt supply additional screws and they replied that these are considered "vintage" thus they want it mounted to the tele body. i found that ironic being that noiseless pups only came out around 2000 which isnt vintage. anyway as far as sound, theres alot of debate amongst musicians as to the authenticity of noiseless vs true single coil. my feeling is these sound fantastic and even fender puts them on many models of teles (not their vintage and classic lines). and the hum is GONE! They do what they are meant to do, and seymour duncans are the best value for the dollar. thanks to sweetwater i had them in 2 days.
