Think again....
This is a nifty device you can play around with and have some fun; and for beginning DJs it can be a tool to learn mixing, sampling and beat production. As far as pro audio and recording goes, it is already far behind many of the controllers that are available such as Native Instruments Maschine 2(and Studio 2) Ableton Push, Akai MPC Stuio and MPC Renaissance, Native Instruments S2 MK2(and S4 MK2), Pioneer XDJ Aero are all just examples of gear that are far beyond this piece of gear in sound quality, functionality, flexibility, and overall music production. Also for the price, Native Instruments, Akai, Pioneer, and Ableton all have their pieces of gear either far less or very similar in price. I would recommend looking around and purchasing something else when in the market for this type of controller unless it something you LOVE and MUST HAVE.
Love this controller
I've had this controller since its release at Sweetwater. It's incredible. Hands down the BEST 19" controller. Super flexible and I love the adjustable jogs and super sensitive pads. Get this beast you won't be disappointed
