Absolutely MIND BLOWING

I wanted to buy the best sounding electric I could find for an affordable price and after months of experimentation and testing this is the model I found. Played side by side with other telecaster of different makes and models, the Fender absolutely blew away the competition. The sound difference was night and day. The 60s vintage pickups give a bright and versatile sound that is so clear and clean that I cannot describe the experience in words. Whether playing clean or mixed with some distortion, the vibrancy and color of this make is mind blowing. The switch between pickups offers an unprecedented arrange and variety of sounds and colors that only a Fender tele can provide. And of course the guitar itself is beautiful, sleek and easy to play. The action is perfect and it does not go out of tune. I don't know if I will ever need or want another electric guitar. This guitar is one of the most affordable and fair priced instruments. It costs a lot to make with its quality parts, so the selling price is Very fair!!! 5 stars and then some!!!!

Great guitar but ...

I've had my fender telecaster 60's reissue in olympic white for about 3 months now, so i'm well out of the honeymoon phase everyone has when they get a new guitar, I bought it used and got a great deal on it. It sounds great and looks great, it has the usual standard telecaster sound but a little less twangy than other telecasters i've played and have heard played. It's very versatile and seems to be a solid guitar for many different genres. However if I had gotten it brand new at the full 800 dollars I wouldn't have bought it, yes it's a great guitar but it's not 800 dollars worth of great, I recommend buying it used if you can and if you can't i'd recommend buying a normal MIM fender telecaster, there isn't a huge difference between the two in terms of sound, i'd say it's a better guitar for the collector or someone who isn't too worried about their money, but if you're a typical working musician then this probably isn't the guitar for you.
