Satisfied

This bass is probably the most impressive "looking" bass for the price.Great sound, solid, pretty light weight for the size, The doubled up sound controls is kind of weird, but its whatever. When i tell people this was only 200, they're trully surprised.

Unbelievable Bass for the Money

I bought a Talman as a beater bass: something to take to Church, or to gigs where I don't want to take my Spector or PRS. I thought the aesthetic was cool, and I knew that Ibanez makes good quality gear at any price point. Funny thing, this has become my go to bass—it just feels and sounds great. The neck is chunky-ish, but not too skinny, and it's active at $199, which is insane…If you are looking for just a solid instrument that you don't have to baby or worry about, this is the bass for you. It's comfortable, lightweight, well balanced, and super versatile from a sonic standpoint. For $199, it is simply outstanding.
