    Excellent!

It's uncommon for me to give five stars for products of any kind. But it does happen, and when it does its because I can't find room for improvement. This is a great pedal that overachieves. I've used it with a variety of amps, including a Supro Saturn and could not be more impressed with the results. I've added this pedal to my short list of indispensables, those being reverb, delay and now this tremolo. I actually thought this pedal would save me coin, as I'd be satisfied with the preamp effect and not really need a Supro amp. Turned out to be a brilliant trojan horse. As always, shopping with Sweetwater is a first class no-stress event.

So much more than a tremolo!

Definitely one of the most satisfying pedal purchases I've ever made. I realize everyone has a different idea of "that tone", just didn't think I would find mine in a tremolo pedal, lol. The two modes are very distinct and useful. With Harmonic mode creeping into Deja Vibe territory(love it) and amplitude covering the "normal" stuff. The depth control starts changing things after aprox. 1/4 turn and can get as smooth or choppy as you like. The best thing, for me, is that glorious gain control! It can be very subtle, or go full on saturation. You want a slice of bread, or a piece of toast, your choice :-) I've never played through a Supro amp, but if it's anything like this I need to update my wish list. The Friedman BE- OD does a similar thing. Both of these pedals allow you to get their signature sounds at lower than stage volume level. And the way Supro manages it without a volume control is pretty cool.
The only things I would say that could be considered negative would be: 1) The markings on the knobs are difficult to see, and 2) It is slightly noisy.
The videos for this pedal, here on Sweetwater, and the others, were very helpful in making my decision. Hope this review helps, Cheers!
