The Squier Strat - designed and backed by Fender

Often imitated but never matched, the Strat is a classic American guitar design. Why buy a no-name knock-off when Squier offers a real Stratocaster, designed and backed by Fender? From its look and feel, to the quality of its components, these are guitars that value-conscious musicians have been waiting for!

The Squier Standard Stratocaster plays great with a traditional vibe and modern feel. Recently upgraded throughout, these classics boast player-friendly features like the 22-fret fingerboard and a slimmer neck for easier playing and choke-free bends. Plus, Alnico single-coil pickups!

Nice guitar!

Hesitated to buy a guitar without being able to try it out. Took a chance on this one and glad I did. Beautiful guitar and out of the box fully playable. Tuned right up and says in tune. Nice strat tone.

Great Guitar, Great Value!

I have played a Fender Strat (MIM) and I can find no difference between the two. It is a very good quality, stays in tune and is very easy to play. Sounds great!

happier than a pig in mud

I've had mixed results with 2 Squier Standards. A Tele had the rough fret edges and cheesy pots 'n pickups, and a Strat deluxe had the same sharp fret edges and was WAY TOO light. This one has an extremely smooth neck and frets, a beautiful finish, nice sounds, and stays in tune very well!!

Very happy with the guitar

I had this same guitar in a different color and with rosewood fingerboard. I did not know it came in the redburst, so I got this one and sold the other. The looks are just what I wanted, beautiful instrument. Operates smoothly and sounds very good, even for this old hack.
