Fender Road Worn '60s Strat Solidbody Electric Guitar at a Glance:
  • The looks and feel of a well-loved instrument
  • Classic-sounding pickups with a kick

The looks and feel of a well-loved instrument
The Stratocaster really came into its own in the 1960s, with players coaxing unbelievable sounds from it amid punishing stage shows and grueling tours. Beaten, bruised and even burned, they only got better as the years wore on-looking even cooler and feeling even more comfortable. Now you can get the looks and feel of a well-used '60s-spec Strat in a brand-new guitar! The Road Worn '60s Strat backs up those authentic looks with great playing feel and the kind of tonality you'd expect from a pick-of-the-litter vintage instrument.

Classic-sounding pickups with a kick
Designed to give you the kind of clear, transparent highs you want from a Stratocaster while adding increased output and warmth, Fender's Tex-Mex single-coil pickups add a little kick to your tone when you need it. These classic-looking pickups use Alnico 5 magnets and work just like standard Strat pickups. They provide the perfect complement to this great guitar!

Love this guitar!

Exactly the look, sound, and feel I was looking for. Half of what made this such a great experience was the support and process of Sweet Water. The action was just a bit higher than I like when I got it but the sound is smooth and the worn feel of the neck makes moving up and down the fretboard so easy. The slight relic look is perfect too. They didn't over do it. Nice thing is if it gets a scratch or ding, it just adds more character. My favorite guitar now.

Oh yeah !

Best Strat you can get from "off the wll", nice and light, great neck, and I love the vintage white with the mint pickguard, just beautiful ! much better looking than the previous over done relic job. It's a winner !

Sweet guitar!

Great guitar. Came set up very nice, a couple slight adjustments made it perfect for me. Tex mex pickups sound great. Feels and looks amazing. Couldn't be more pleased.

Tone to the Bone

No better Stratocaster available. It looks good, plays great with tall frets and a 7.5'' radius rosewood & maple neck, and the sound is terrific with Tex Mex pickups. It feels like well worn in blue jeans. One can ask for nothing more from a Stratocaster.
