Fender Road Worn '60s Strat Solidbody Electric Guitar at a Glance:
  • The looks and feel of a well-loved instrument
  • Classic-sounding pickups with a kick

The looks and feel of a well-loved instrument
The Stratocaster really came into its own in the 1960s, with players coaxing unbelievable sounds from it amid punishing stage shows and grueling tours. Beaten, bruised and even burned, they only got better as the years wore on-looking even cooler and feeling even more comfortable. Now you can get the looks and feel of a well-used '60s-spec Strat in a brand-new guitar! The Road Worn '60s Strat backs up those authentic looks with great playing feel and the kind of tonality you'd expect from a pick-of-the-litter vintage instrument.

Classic-sounding pickups with a kick
Designed to give you the kind of clear, transparent highs you want from a Stratocaster while adding increased output and warmth, Fender's Tex-Mex single-coil pickups add a little kick to your tone when you need it. These classic-looking pickups use Alnico 5 magnets and work just like standard Strat pickups. They provide the perfect complement to this great guitar!

60's road worn

Great guitar, great price, excellent customer service. This guitar is a wonderful compliment to my maple fb strats. Has just the tone I was hoping for. Gig able right out if the box!

Road Worn Winner

This is a Mexican Custom Shop Strat that looks broken in, better yet, it plays like a well broken in guitar. The appearance is relic like at half the price. I was not expecting it to play this well or sound this good. If your in the market for a workhorse strat and on a limited budget. This guitar is for you. Even if your not on a limited budget, plug this into a blues junior and you will see this will match up to any strat. I was blown away. This is my next guitar purchase. To be followed by the Road Worn Telecaster. If you have any doubts, try one and you will have not doubts. Buy now. You will not regret it.

Fender road worn classic!!!

Best fender guitar for the money. The pickups are hot and the sound is classic. Do not let made in Mexico steer you away from this guitar. The USA custom shop guys showed them how to build and relic this guitar line. Great player in sound and playability.

Road worn Strat

Great guitar needed only slight set up. Best deal for getting a nitrocellulose laquer finished guitar rather than urethane finish. I must say, having been the owner of vintage fender guitars, that these guitars are way better than the ones fender use to make. Neck pockets are nice and tight, sustain is better, rocks right outta the box. If I lost this one, Yes, I'd definitely buy another.

Great guitar

If you enjoy the relic look but cannot justify a custom shop expense you will feel right at home here. However, there are a few things to understand. First, I wish they left the back of the neck completely untreated. Second, the pickups you get are not the best, but you can grab yourself a set of custom shop pickups and this guitar will sing. Third, for the price I really can't believe we get such a frail soft case. All in all, I don't regret buying this guitar. I've been having a ton of fun playing it and it will last me a lifetime for sure.
