Excellent Product and Service
I knew the Special 20 would be good. However, Sweetwater was the only place that could get one (in E-flat) to me in less than a week. Even better, they gave me the best price and a follow-up service call just to make sure everything was all right. I didn't know anyone did customer service like this any more--especially for something as small as a harmonica. I will definitely make this the first place I look for gear in the future. Hats off to a business model that depends on good customer service as a guiding principle.
