Great all-metal Brass Slide

This all-metal Brass Slide is a Size 9 ring size. I use it on my middle finger and it is a snug fit up to the middle joint as it should be. The brass gives the Slide a heavier feel than a glass or other composition Slide. This extra weight allows you to effortlessly run the Slide up and down the neck with ease. And the tone of this Brass Slide is deeper for a great sounding Slide. I personally like this tone over that produced by a glass or other composition Slide. Just make sure what ring size your finger is that you use for the Slide. Some folks use their index finger and others use their ring finger or pinky. The choice is yours to make.

Great slide...

This slide seems much better than the glass slides I have always used and has a much more solid, beefier sound. It's not too heavy, and just plain feels good on the strings of the guitar I have specially set up for slide playing with an "over the nut" string riser. Simply fantastic sound!
Music background: Playing and loving it since 1972.

Excellent Slide

If you're into mean screaming blues, like I am, this slide is a must-have. As soon as I laid one of these on one of my strats I knew it was time to boogie. This thing is 100% BAD-***! Oh yeah, I've purchased a lot of stuff from Sweetwater - they're great.

Very cool slide

I bought this slide to use on my pinkie, but found it also works just as well as a standard slide. I use it on my 6 and 12 string acoustics, and on my electric, all played lap-style. Just mute the strings behind the slide as you play, and I'm getting clear tones any where on the fret board.
Music background: Been playing for life
