Worth the purchase!

I was amazed at the total distance we got out of these! I am a Wedding DJ and have been looking for an affordable LAPEL microphone solution for wedding ceremony on the beach where there is no electric. The Samson was everything they said it was...at 1/3 the price of the competition. I have been researching wireless and battery operated solutions for months and am happy I went with the Samson. Sweetwater also made sure both my systems were on different frequencies as to not interfere with each other. Though they were out of stock, Sweetwater made sure i got them quickly and in perfect order!

Easy to Use - Easy to Understand

I've only don't testing so far but I am incredibly impressed. Well written instruction guide got me using them quickly. Integrated with my H4N recorder easily and provided high quality/low noise sound in all my tests so far.

Ya git Whatcha Pay 4 :-O

great price...if it was somewhat reliable. It tested good but when I used it pro wedding video work, the intermittant distortion at first was hard to detect, but during the first 1hour session it worked up to%75. the next 1 hour session it worked up to half the time, by it's third attemp it was just unusable. New batteries each time. the mic foam wind screen falls off waay easy. The clip pinches the wires so hard that this 'may' be the cause....but sitll the clip does not allow much directional...it spins a circle...but ya can't point the mic up & off the material it's clipped to. When it did work the sound was...about what one would expect from a wirelss unit that costs 3 times less than a 'decent' one. Whioh still may be good enough for wedding dialog....but Pro wedding video.
