Great product

This is great. Easy to use, easy to set up. And will do most anything you need it to. It also takes us very little room in the rack. Highly reccommend it.

audiofile recording

Purchased SS-CDR200 primarily to convert old vinyl albums and reel to reel tapes to CDs and based decision on specs and flexibility of multiple formats. I have multiple formats on CDs based on age and also want SD cards for their portability. This has it all in that regard. This is a terrific recorder and easy to use. I prefer manual recording as I found the auto tracking detection feature one you must reset for almost every album taped. I thought there was a standard for old vinyl spacing of music tracks on the albums. Not so. Thus the manual method of recording is most easy and works perfectly. The sound recorded is most impressive and compatible with my McIntosh system and rate it at the same quality level. Steve at Sweetwater is great for follow up and answering questions.I only wish is that TASCAM had a dual CD drive version so more than 1 CD can be played back before reloading.PS: please do not post my email. Thank you.

Tascam works great

Purchased to install in a venue so, we could offer the performers a copy of the show. At this point we have recorded only one show. Unit did a great job and seems simple to use. I like the fact that we can offer our performers multiple media options.

SS-CDR200 for FOH Worship

The only thing that could be better would be if you could play back from one source while recording on another.
