The sound is amazing. It really is a versatile bass. The Power Span pick ups are really good. When you record you'll notice a feed back and it's in your preamp. I bought Bartolini HR5.4AP/918 controls kept the power tap switch added another battery. Drilled new hole for the Bartolini mid selector switch. It's now a beast for recording. The blend pot in stock is 500k the Bartolini uses the 250k blend pot it may of been that but I'm not sure. It's beauty is outstanding. I've love seeing the pictures, but when she is in your hands it's hard not to babble and drool lol its a must have bass

I love this bass

I was looking for a new bass for Christmas and I found sweetwater and this beautiful bass. I love it, it has such a nice feel to it and it's fairly light which is nice and the raw sound is amazing I recommend this to anyone that wants to make their collection bigger or if you're just starting off.
