Great Keyboard Case

This keyboard case is great. I feel that my keyboard is well protect it in this case. Only concerns that I have is that it becomes way too heavy with the keyboard in it and it is very difficult to maneuver in tight spaces.

Sturdy Case

Very sturdy case. Lots of room to store keyboard and accessories. However for convenience of travel it would better if the width was a few inches smaller. With my Korg Kronos 88 fixed inside with the adjustable corner pieces , the width still has a lot of free space.

Good idea...poor design

In my opinion, this is a very poorly designed case and I think SKB is trying to cut corners here. I returned it before I even got out of my driveway. What I like about this case is the concept of being a sturdy yet lightweight case for regular local gigging, able to fit different size keyboards in it. However the good idea got mangled in the design process...The moveable 'cleats' first of all have velcro bottoms, so eventually they will probably need to replaced if you gig a lot with different keyboards. Second and more important, there is nothing to hold the keyboard in place no strap or anything. While putting the case in my car on the way to a gig I heard my keyboard sloshing around in there.Furthermore, there is not nearly enough padding on this case...the padding is only on either end of the case and not even very thick there. You might say "why not just get some blankets and add the extra padding and that will also keep the keyboard from moving around. My answer is that if I'm paying close to $300 for a good case, then the manufacturer should design it so that I don't need to.Just for the record, I was using this case to transport either a Roland Fantom or Yamaha P-80 neither of which stayed in place. The best padding I've found so far is on the SKB soft case...but the wheel broke off of that after 6 months.I'm going to try Gator and mayb Gig SkinzIf anybody find anything good, hit me up!

Cheap Case - No Support

Your keyboard is secured by four corner movable brackets that are secured with velcro. The velcro in mine came off the bracket and the keyboard just rattles around inside this plastic box. You'd be better off with a softside case. Trade up, this case isn't worth it.
