    Vintage Reissue

My go to strings for my 60's Reissue LP Standard-60's neck w/burstbuckers. Great tone and extremely flexible, sustain that lasts-I like em. H***, I recommend them

    Classic Tone

After buying my first Gibson Historic, I was floored by everything about it even the strings. They sound amazing and they last at least twice as long for me. They were a little tough for bends at first but your fingers build up and the benefits are abundant. I doubtI'll ever buy different type of strings.

    Best Yet

I have been playing guitar for over 50 years and have tried many brands, types and gauges of strings. I have an SG with GFS Dream 180 pickups and a blend control, I and get a wide range of tones with this setup. These strings sound great, play easy and outlast all others I have tried. They are a little higher priced than most, but considering how long you can go between changes I don't think they cost any more to use and the sound can't be beat.

    Strings make tone too

Finally I have rediscovered 'The Sound". I have been trying many types of strings in various gauges in over 40 years of playing and struggled to get the tone and ASDR (Attack Sustain Decay Release) that was stuck in my mind from my first play of a Les Paul in 1968. That Les Paul was a 1959 Standard and it sounded so sweet and rich and 'crunchy' and yet had all the smoothness of a Rolls Royce on new tar when put through a 1958 Vox AC30. I Now have the Don Felder 1959 Les Paul, The Reissue Vox AC30HW and the strings to match and all the sounds i ever wanted are right here.
