I had been a long time software user of Cakewalk's Pro Audio, Sonar, Reason, Cubase, Acid Pro, Pro Tools and Samplitude. I had a coworker turn me on to Presonus Studio One about a year ago. So I gave it a try and I have been hooked ever since. Studio One 3 is a collaboration of all the products I mentioned above. I really enjoy the straight forward thought process of the developers and the ease of use. There is great support for the software and the integration with OSX is great also. I have bought license for both my PC side and the Mac OSX. I am running El Captain and it is smooth. I did have a little trouble being able to just download the additional content with a single pass, but I think that has more to do with "my user" error than the product. I was able to pull up all my old "Work Files" from Sonar and import them into Studio One 3 and get right to production. I also like the seemless integration of my Waves Plugins bundles and all the extras that come with the Studio One 3 Professional version. There is a ton that I don't even know about the product and have not used, but the online tutorials are fantastic. This is definitely a great Product.
