If you're after maximum low-end thump, choose the Rumble 200 combo, which drives 200 watts through a single fat-sounding 15" speaker. This black beast offers a pummeling 200 watts, complete with both gain and blend controls in the overdrive section, so you can bring the perfect amount of overdrive into your sound. In fact, an optional footswitch is available that lets you easily bring the overdrive in and out whenever you need some extra tonal tenacity.

Fender Rumble 200 Bass Combo Amp at a Glance:
  • Sound-shaping and more
  • More than just a solid performance tool
  • A single 15" speaker for a serious bottom end
Sound-shaping and more

The Rumble 200 combo's 4-band EQ helps to shape your sound, and the 3-button voicing palette sculpts the sound further. Choose between bright (adds a treble zing to the sound), contour (low-end boost), or vintage (classic bass tone with deep lows and vintage character). These give you a ton of flexibility to find your signature sound. The XLR line output can pump the tone you love straight into the PA for bigger gigs. This will make your sound tech happy, since it'll greatly simplify getting you pumped into the PA. Need a little extra teeth for a particular song or passage? The Rumble 200's built-in overdrive has your back. Get the optional footswitch for instant onstage convenience.

More than just a solid performance tool

The Rumble 200 combo isn't just about performance, though; it helps you practice. It's stuffed with a handy aux input that you can plug your iPod, laptop, drum machine, or other practice gear into. And there's a 1/4" headphone jack, so you can practice late into the night.

A single 15" speaker for a serious bottom end

Super solid!

Love the nice low end, light weight and power out of this amp! Easy to adjust for a variety of tones also. Hard to beat the bang for the buck here!

Love it!

I've had the Rumble 500 210 combo before but the 115 combo has better tone to me. The tone is a lot smoother and better with the midrange. The 500 has more power but in reality, the 200 has enough power for small, medium, and large gigs with PA support. I always bring a DI with me anyways. Plus the 200 combo is a little lighter which makes it a breeze to carry. If it was stolen I would get another!

Extremely Satisfied

I'm the type of bassist that likes to feel the bass in my chest. This delivers the wall of warm tone I was looking for. Plus it's way light and easy to transport!

Serious bottom line

My new "go to" amp, week in and week out, this amp delivers the goods, light weight, but it packs a punch. Occasionally paired with a Rumble 1-15 cabinet for larger venues. This amp was a good investment.
Music background: Professional working bassist.

A superior bass combo

I find the rumble tone stack far superior to others. It gives "real bass" and the 1x15 is plenty loud. The "vintage" button is automatic Ampeg B15. I do not use the other two but they also work well for slap (contour) and hi-end (bright) . The amp is easily carteged around and fills every room I play 75-300 people, and w/ an ext cab would be enough outdoors w/o PA support, for me anyways. I play jazz/blues/rock mostly.
