    .007's

.007's man, I've been using these for about a year now and these are my go to strings on all my guitars including my Gibson Les Paul Custom, both of my Strats, two solid maple body floyd rose shredder guitars... even my San Dimas Charvel Jackson I've played, scalloped and refretted about 6-7 times since the 80's. The tone and feel and playability is the best I've found in over 30 years. You do have to do a little set up since they have practically no tension. It's crazy!

    The Rev's Strings

I have been using these 7's for three years. Wow effortless playing. Great tone!! I use them on all my guitars. They sound great! For me, heavier guage strings killed my hands. I can play much longer with these. Arthritis was a big factor. Thanks Dunlop!!

    best thing eva!!!!

have had them on my flying v now for nearly 6 weeks... i play nearly an hour a day. i have had to maybe retune about 3 times since initial stretch and i beat on these. they still sound fresh and are like playing in the wind. is now my go to. gonna put some on my semi hollow soon see if i lose to much depth. all them years of 12's 10's and even 09's ouch.... thank you Billy Gibbons for the challenge!!!!!

    Winning the Mexican Lottery

Dunlop knocks this one over the fence for the Rev. Willy G. Jangly sounding strings- Effortless bends. I can't even believe I haven't broken one yet. Be prepared to adjust your setup as these strings provide much less tension on the neck. Let's face it, buying strings that are less safe is just irresponsible.

    Super Fine

I play 08s exclusively for forever so a 7 gauge string is impressive but not much different.
On the other hand, having an 11 gauge as a 3rd is too light and the tension is way out of balance here.
The 4th is also unique, a 20W that may be great as a wound 2nd! in a heavy Baritone set.
Bottom end is not as light as top.
Overall, light gauge sets are well suited for sharp end precision picks (such as the Dunlop Stubbies I use).
