This Is Exactly What I Wanted

This is not a high-end turntable or even one to be used as your main turntable. But it is an excellent mobile turntable for record digging or just some easy listening somewhere. Don't expect much from the speakers but again this turntable is great for the money. There are RCA outputs and it comes with some vinyl conversion software that I have yet to use. Love it and use it.

Brief case handle means business

This turntable is meant for people who go out and actively search for records to buy, who need to listen to vinyls on the go, not for quality record playing. its great for what is, but don't think that you are buying a cadillac, when actually it's a honda.

Save Your Money!

First off, we all know that vinyl is making a huge comeback. People have very fond memories of listening to albums and the special feeling you get cleaning the album and placing the stylus on the record. The sound of vinyl can be amazing IF you are listening on a turntable that exhibits proper, stable, speed and utilizes a quality stylus and cartridge. I won't get technical but the ceramic cartridge on this unit is far from that! This is not a quality turntable. The platter is too light and too small, speed is not consistant, and the tonearm and cartridge are very sub-par. This really is no better than a child's record player (think Fisher-Price). You would be better off saving your money to buy a turntable that allows you to use a moving-magnetic cartridge and one that has a heavy platter. You could even search for a vintage turntable that would be far better and you could easily find one at this price- although it may need a new stylus/ cartridge. I really bothers me that people will buy these and then end up ruining their records on them because of their inaccuracy in tracking. This is not a quality product and you will be disappointed.
