Replacement / Upgrade

Crisper than most stock drivers, Especially DJ/CD music you can really hear the difference in the Vocals/Cymbals..These drivers are perfect in most 2 way configurations, because of the LOWER starting point of the frequency.. it really makes a difference in helping Live vocals be less muddy. (what every band needs)The only reason not to buy this is if your running a system at super HIGH WATTAGE maybe at 4 ohm, There are better choices at a way higher cost, Good Luck.. I purchased an old set of 1978 Peavey SP3's from CL for a cheap price. One of the horns were not working.. Opened them up and it had the original 22A, when I went for a replacement the salesman suggested this. Basically Unscrewed the old, and screwed on the new.. Piece of cake.. At the next gig I realized this was a major improvement, the Left SP3 still had its original 22a and the right the new Eminence 2002s... And Man did the right sound better than the left.. .... Now that I'm a lifetime customer of Sweetwater, I'm slowly going through all my gear and Upgrading and improving my sound... and saving money doing it... I payed $90 at the speaker shop for the first one.. $65 here.. NO BRAINER.. Buy thisI LOVE YOU SWEETWATER
