Sound your best with built-in FX

The PMP500 sports a built-in FX processor featuring 25 effects presets. You get a whole slew of delays, reverbs, modulations, pitch-shifters, and multi-FX to spice up your sound. Add a hint of reverb and delay to vocals, or a lush chorus to your acoustic guitar. The PMP500's 24-bit digital effects add a professional touch to any performance.

Lightweight and efficient Class D amplifier technology

Thanks to the revolutionary Class D technology with "near-zero" thermal buildup, the lightweight PMP500 runs very cool, no more massive heat sinks or toroid transformers. We've been impressed with the punch and clarity of this Class D power amp at Sweetwater, and we're sure your band will be too.

Graphic EQ with Feedback Detection

The 7-band graphic EQ on the PMP500 features Behringer's FBQ feedback detection system to help you sound your best. When feedback occurs, LEDs on the EQ sliders light up - just turn down the slider with the brightest LED, and you've turned down the offending frequency. It's a great problem solver if you have to mix and perform at the same time, taking the guesswork out of eliminating feedback.

Behringer Europower PMP500 Powered Mixer Features:
  • 12-channel powered mixer with EQ, effects, and FBQ feedback detection
  • Built-in FX processor adds some sparkle to your live sound
  • Up to 500 peak watts to power your speakers

retired and playing my musical hobby

I have one smaller Behringer mixer and want to get the PMP500 cause it has more inputs and features on it. I do play in a band and we have a mixer that we use, but i want this at home for my own use. I do my own playing and singing so i can use this for recording and practice at home and have my little music room with this mixer. I like Behringer products and seem to work out very well and never had any issues with them. They are like other brand mixers only better in quality cause on how they perform and give you what you need in a good line of power and etc. Made very well and get the job done and have everything you want in a mixer and then some. By the way, i am the first one to write a review on this product !

Behringer PMP500

This model works great for small gigs and performs well for a simple, easy use. Thanks Paul...

You get what you pay for,... in this case, junk

The built in FX sound terrible, the faders look and feel cheap. The sound is average, no problem there. What I really don't understand about the design of this product is, who builds a mixer that doesn't have line level outputs for the main mix?!!? Pay attention before you purchase this "mixer" because the only outputs are the speaker outputs and that's it, no passive main outputs. Ridiculous! All of that aside, the worst thing about this mixer, by far, was the reliability or more accurately, the lack thereof. I should have known better really, I have dealt with Behringer products years ago and never had anything but trouble with them. I had noticed Behringer's user reviews getting steadily better and better over the years so, I thought that maybe they had cleaned up their act. Well, no such luck. The entire mixer stopped working after ten days of light use. Lesson learned, more Behringer... never again.
