Aspen Pittman Magnetic Pop Filter

This is a great item. It prevents the "p"-sounds while singing into any mic. With it's sleek design and vocal sound improvement mesh, it's sure to sell well once more and more people discover this item for themselves - A Must - in my opinion, especially for LIVE Performances.

It works!

It seems to work just fine for me, except when mic mount is non-ferous. Well built. I'd recommend it.

Magnet glue does not hold up.

Got this a few days ago and tried it out right away. After I finished I pulled the pop filter off the shock mount and one of the magnets came off of the plop filter. You can still use it but have to mess around with the magnet each time you take it on or off. Not what I expected in the terms of quality. One other thing worth mentioning is the the filter itself is a little short. Needs to be about a half of an inch taller. It doesn't really cover the whole mic. This just maybe the combination of the shock mount and mic that I am using. Others may not have a problem with it. I will still use it though and try some epoxy to reattach the the magnet.

Only works with a metal shock mount

I have a plastic shock mount, and this pop filter has to attach to a metal shock mount, because of its magnetic base. It's really cool, very compact, does not attach to the mic stand as many pop filters do - - but I will have to return it.
