Works awszome

I wanted a light weight stand for my hi hat cymbal. This is it. I am 5'2" I and this stand is easy to carry. It works great with my Cajon. This was perfect. The foot action is great, love it. The service at sweetwater is fantastic!!

Great Little Hi Hat Stand

I chose this hi hat because of it's light weight and non bulkiness, I am pleased with it, it functions as it should with smooth pedal response, it is perfect for smaller kits like mine '' jazz sizes'' and for space restrictions, probably not suited for pro touring circuit but it does it's job fine with the right player, the tubing is narrower than conventional stands hence it's lighter weight, the adjustable clutch is fine for the stand and works as it should, I also use PDP 700 boom stands and they are fine for smaller kits also. Over all very happy with the product.

Great for a beginner

Really basic... exactly what u pay for.. the internal spring isn't strong enough to have decent action with the pedal and it doesn't allow the right amount of gap between the hi hats. Also its not functional with a double bass pedal. The way the legs are designed and unable to swivel causes the high hat pedal to be to far away from the bass pedal. I will be upgrading as soon as possible....
