Incredible bass..

I knew before I even bought this bass it would be of high quality, but I was absolutely blown away. Right out of the box it played like butter. Seriously an incredible instrument. These are "batch produced" not "mass produced". Thanks SO much Sweetwater!

Fender Road Worn '50s Precision Bass (Fiesta Red)

In all my years as a musician i never thought that i would ever own this Master Piece of an instrument! I'm in awe of amazment with this classic reissued '50s Bass guitar which i will cherish for the rest of my life! The mable neck feels really solid & flat, old style reversed machine heads, original vintage bridge, awesome split pickups which gives that punchy classic sound, distressed body throughout the whole Bass, stained thin metal pickguard, paint & color is incredible! This is a personal prize of a lifetime for me! Thank you Sweetwater for making it happen!

Beautiful P-Bass! Buy one!

Proof that the Mexicans do a great job when they have the right materials. This bass is light, feels right, and has remarkable playability. I've had mine for over 3 years. Its my favorite bass and I have an American Fender Jazz bass, Hofner, Fender Mustang, and a 1979 4003 Rickenbacker at home. It sounds great right out of the box. Just recently I upgraded the pickups to S.Duncan quarter pounders. Cost me $65 but now this bass has greater output and roaring thunder. For my favorite bass the upgrade was worth it. What makes a favorite bass? Once again it comes down to comfort and sound. This bass feels like its 55 years old. It loves to sit in my hands and lap. It wants to be played. The sound of this classic P-bass gets the job done!
Music background: singer songwriter, long time bass player
